Automatic Two Component Sealant Sealing Robot
Usage:
Automatic silicone sealing robot is composed of three section:input section, sealing section, output section.This machine is controlled by the YASKAWA servo control system,with high efficiency and stable quality sealing performance, instead of Manual Insulating glass Sealant .WL2500-32 model as two sets of independent sealant supply system,which can be switch freely.It can produce double glazing and triple glazing,meanwhile it can seal the triple glass two space at one time

1 this sealing line is divided into 3 parts
3 single sealant supply system(can seal silicone and polysulfide sealant), which can be changed easily into double sealant supply system(can seal both silicone and polysulfide sealant) through the touch screen
4 adopted world-renowned brand of servo control system, motion controller and controller card, performance is stable, besides we adopt 6 axis servo motor and make our glue with high precise.
7 can measure the depth of extruding sealant
