LBW2000PC Double Glazing Machine is new model products in WEILI design; it has Insulating Glass Machine for double glass;Automatic Insulating Glass Gas Filling Production Line can do max glass size:2500x2000mm; and glass thickness:3-15mm; the argon gas filling time is 3-5s, can fill ≥90% argon gas; and the argon utilization has reached≥80%.

1.The glass panels are made of high density board which can resist the moisture. The transmission wheels are made of polyurethane which can resist abrasion and corrosion. And the transmission wheels can be used with both sides. So it can save the material cost. there is one low-e coating checking system, if you put glass on the wrong side, it will give an alarm.
2.This section is made of stainless steel which can avoid rust and prolong the machine service life
3.Three pairs of brushes high temperature nylons, they are soft and can avoid scratching glasses.
